The residential complex is formed by two housing developments, the urbanisation of a newly created street, and a public car park. It comprises 55 dwellings and 85 parking spaces, offering a mix of two, three, and four-bedroom units.
The design features stepped housing adapted to the local topography, adhering to strict sustainability criteria. The buildings utilise insulated render façades (ETICS) and incorporate solar shading via shutters and adjustable louvres.
The commission for this intervention entailed the comprehensive management required to make the transformation of an agricultural estate viable. The land was equipped with full utilities and urbanised with vehicular roads, whilst carefully respecting the connection to the existing listed Masia (farmhouse), which is protected by heritage regulations.
We carried out the urbanisation project and the corresponding construction works, managing all necessary procedures and permits with the Highways Department and the Catalan Water Agency.
