Located in the heart of Sarrià and surrounded by a major commercial hub, the project incorporates the pre-existing listed Can Raventós farmhouse (Masia) and its grounds.

The multi-family residential building, comprising 15 dwellings with an underground car park, prioritises enhancing the value of the existing Masia and screening the neighbouring party wall, whilst opening up towards the garden.

Natural light and the outdoors take centre stage within the dwellings thanks to large terraces and extensive glazing. The internal layout has been meticulously studied to create visual connections between rooms and fluid spaces, whilst clearly separating the day and night zones.

The exterior architecture features pure, vertical lines on the street-facing façade, whereas on the garden façade, these lines are broken to create more organic shapes that sit in better harmony with the green space. The result is an ensemble with a unique and incomparable character, always respecting the materials and colour palettes established by the regulations for the Sarrià Old Town.

Both the interior of the apartments and the configuration of the façade details have been treated with great delicacy, ensuring optimal functionality and integration into the complex. It is a work that ranges from the broadest concepts to the finest detail, defining every corner of the building’s interior.
