This project stems from the 2007 financial crisis, a period during which the entire reparcelling and urbanisation scheme for the area was brought to a halt. In 2016, CORP and their team undertook the necessary management steps to unlock the development. The projects were optimised to ensure the economic viability of the land transformation operation, preparing it for the construction of the new residential complex and the development of the public realm.

Sant Boi Parc is an intervention involving reparcelling and urbanisation works, comprising several design and construction phases. This publication covers only the first phase, consisting of various volumes housing 101 dwellings, 118 parking spaces, a communal swimming pool, and a multi-purpose hall.

The commission for this intervention entailed the comprehensive management required to make the transformation of the plots on Ronda de Sant Ramon—opposite the La Muntanyeta public park—viable. We managed the reparcelling process and drafted the urbanisation project for all phases, optimising pedestrian routes and adapting them to ensure full accessibility (reduced mobility).

Within the built complex, priority has been given to community living by creating landscaped areas designed for social interaction, featuring children’s play areas and a communal swimming pool.
